I have not found this small and compact radio source in the VizieR (VIII/65/nvss, VIII/92/first14) and NED databases. It is correspond with (PGC 1351191 - SDSS J002426.75+083933.9) galaxy's core, which is an strong infrared source.

I have found that, for somewhat ambiguous fields such as ARG00036wh, a contour overlay image can help.
Are you familiar with Aladin? It's fairly straight-forward, and often contour overlays produced using it are good enough.
There's also a (very long!) thread, Suggestions for RGZ Objects to show with detailed FIRST contours overlaid on SDSS images, where you can post suggestions for bespoke overlays (I just did, for this field).
Hope this helps, and happy hunting! 😃

I download the fits files (FIRST, WISE, SDSS-R band) from skyview (0.05 deg, 1200 px) and processing with Fitsliberator, then I combined them with GIMP.
My request center coordinates: 00 24 26.75 +08 39 33.9
It is matching with PGC 1351191 galaxy's core.
I will checking with Aladin.Posted

The 00 24 26.75 +08 39 33.9 faint radio source is matching with PGC 1351191 galaxy's core.
I download SDSS image from (http://skyservice.pha.jhu.edu) and combined with FIRST image, it is perfect matching with galaxy's core.Posted
