I would say host is SDSS J081446.19+465929.6 - 1237651252019789974, QSO-like object in the middle of the two lobes. But it's hard to say

That small a redshift means it has a ~zero component due to the expansion of the universe; it corresponds to ~100 km/s, which is fairly typical of motions of stars with respect to the Sun, very likely in our own galaxy the Milky Way.
