This is, in my opinion, a very (radio) bright #double, perhaps a #triple.
The host is faint in the WISE canvass, but brightest (apparently) in WISE band 3. This means that it's likely very distant, making it an exceptionally powerful radio source.
Optically, the host may be SDSS J111534.03+213402.7, which is a very faint STAR and may not even be real:
