ARG0001qyz: no IR or optical host, yet quite big

FIRST/NVSS sources - and which are not artificts - are not uncommon; if I had to guess I'd say ~5% of ARG fields have the central radio source which is part of such a system.
Mostly, in my experience, these sources are #compact, so classical #IFRS.
Sometimes, however, I find sources like this: a #double with both lobes well above the noise floor (and both visible in NVSS), and no obvious IR or optical candidate host; yes many are #asym, but that's normal for #doubles.
Much rarer are such sources well separated, ~1' or more. I don't know what these could be, do you?
