ARG0001isc, two compact lobes, two QSO hosts, or is one a radio-star?

Here's ARG0001isc, which is two #compact lobes, positioned possibly on two #QSO's.
The contour overlay image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk
thread. VLASS contours in yellow. The host for the centre emission is SDSS J161633.77+333043.4, which has an NED z_ph=0.435000. This object has radio references in NED and SIMBAD and an ALLWISE reference, ALLWISE J161633.77+333043.4. It also has recorded First flux emission, and is listed as a #star in its spectrum, although it does have a number of references citing it as a #QSO.
To the SW is another #compact lobe, positioned on SDSS J161629.37+333016.4. This object has an NED z_ph=1.045000, radio references in NED and SIMBAD, and an ALLWISE reference, ALLWISE J161629.39+333016.5. Again, this object is cited as a #star, although is listed as a #candidate-QSO in NED.
As always, comments, suggestions, welcome.
