SDSS J151055.96+054429.5 photoZ 0.227could that be the radio source galaxy or is it
SDSS J151056.10+054441.1 photoZ 0.151 the large galaxy

Perhaps a contour overlay might help?
The giant galaxy in the center is IC 1101, a.k.a. SDSS J151056.10+054441.1. It's the BCG (brightest cluster galaxy) of the rich cluster, Abell 2029. Despite what the SDSS photometric pipeline's photo_z estimates are (0.146±0.0105/0.151±0.0537), the spectroscopic redshift is 0.0779.
The radio morphology is, IMHO, FRII, #wat, and #restarted.
For SDRAGN fans, the optical morphology, in the literature, is E/S0, E-S0, S0-? 😮
NED has a lot of info about this galaxy.
The image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk post. The object at the center of the image is SDSS J151056.10+054441.1.
