What could a professional astronomer do with 200kg at 65,000ft?

Interesting. I prefer the ones we strap to Ariane rockets 😉

    Cool! 😄

If cost were no object, we'd have a VLA or LOFAR on the dark side of the Moon! 😛

The airship idea may be of more interest to citizen scientists and educators; with a much more modest budget, what ideas might they come up with?

I think the statement "If cost were no object..." should be replaced by "IFF cost were no object ..." (If and only if 😉 ....)
