Double lobe?

Would this be a double lobe or are these two separate no infrared sources? The two radio sources seem equidistant from the infrared spot.

I'd say that these are two separate objects: 1 - they are quite far away from one another, so it's not unlikely that a bright IR objects falls between them, 2 - they are faint, so it is not surprising we don't see their IR counterparts.
