How light can the color change on a image be to be consider a IR Source and how close do they have to be too the Radio Galaxy to be associated?

In this case, I think that there is a hint of a source (and I'd pick the bright blob between the radio sources). I suspect that half the time I might not be 100% convinced and so will say that there isn't an infrared source there. Go with your gut feeling. Your eyes is actually pretty good at this.
