there is a compact emission and a diffuse emission in the center without IR

Could the faint IR at 11:00 to the diffuse central radio emission be the source or is that unlikely?

As antikodon noted, it's an overedge: the second radio lobe is off-stage, bottom left:

The compact radio object is (very likely) the core/host: SDSS J084529.04+421952.9, z_sp = 0.133, red but with several strong emission lines; perhaps a narrowline AGN?

I agree with the ID SDSS J084529.04+421952.9, z_sp = 0.133, which is already
listed as an ID in 2010ApJ...723.1119Lin; size is 2.26' or ~300 kpc
