Question about IR source in ARG00024hc

In Arg00024hc, would the IR source for the radio signals be the large IR source in the foreground , or a fainter IR source beyond?

The foreground object is a star in our own galaxy, in this case I think the host galaxy for the radio emission is just visible in the IR, pointing up a little from the brighter IR signal of the star (in the waist of the hourglass). If this is the case, it might also be visible in the optical, possibly a faint galaxy known only as SDSS J082857.27+233839.6 with an estimated redshift of ~0.44-0.52 but it could need higher resolution observations to confirm.
