What is the blue area on this image?

This is a well known radio source. (3C338 - you can even google it). Click on the SDSS link to see the giant cD (super-giant elliptical) galaxy at the center of a cluster. The blue spots all over the image are artifacts because the radio source is so bright that some of it's emission spills over into its surroundings.
