Why has not the other radio area of signal been contoured, can this be added by marking though unmarked.

The other "radio area" that you probably see in blue is just noise. Only the signal we trust is true and coming from an astronomical object is marked with contours, the contours will start at a value 3x the noise. So, the bottom point, the noise is to be ignored.
