If the host is SDSS J075840.15+294356.8, then the morphology seems to be #hybrid.

I'm not convinced on hybrid. Looks like hotspots perhaps on both sides, so FRII, as opposed to diffuse or fading jets on one side. Really need higher resolution.

The morphology is definitely strange, especially if the host is z_ph 0.96 SDSS J075840.15+294356.8:
