This is not a pair of jets because there is no in-between source in the radio.So what is this?

Hi @adi dinu, The infrared source between the 2 is likely to be the host galaxy. Sometimes the radio emission is visible in the host galaxy but not always.

I'd say it's a fading #doublelobe, with host z_sp 0.159 SDSS J134851.14+275649.2:

Yes, it looks like dying radio galaxy. Would be worth to check its radio spectral index to confirm as there not that very many dying radio sources known!
