Is SDSS J091219.79+164719.9 a star?

That's what it (SDSS J091219.79+164719.9) is classified as, but I think it's galaxy with an AGN (or perhaps a foreground star, 'on' a background galaxy), and the host of the weird radio emission in the center of ARG0002k12:

    What do you think?

I think that it's likely to be a quasar or quasi-stellar object so an IR spectrum of this source (likely at higher z than 0.2) will help determine what it is.
