Is there enough information here to say if SDSS J161458.79+091934. is a star or not ? How do I definitively tell the difference?

Looking at the SDSS data I would say that the lower radio source is not a star. The host galaxy is rather odd looking in SDSS. It has a green/blue tint.
A star in SDSS would have four spikes coming out of it and the SDSS classification would say that it is a star.
