Blackhole?

    Are these radio jets emitting from a black hole with no IR? Or something else entirely?

    Yes, that's possible. If so, the host galaxy - with its active galactic nucleus (AGN) - is so far away and so faint that it's invisible in the IR.

    Alternatively, this may be an #asym (asymmetric) #triple, with the host (and core) at the lower-right (SW - astronomers reverse E and W) tip of the upper lobe. And there is an IR source there, per WISE, which you can see by clicking on the WISE link (bottom, below the image).
