I'm confused by @HAndernach remark. The apparent core, in the center of the picture above, (note confusing label - the brightest point) with a possible little jet, is at 13 27 27.86, 35 06 42. There is no object at this location in SDSSr, SDSSz, or WISE 3.6 .

Oops, hit return too fast. So if the above triple source is actually a triple, then it would be absolutely enormous. On the other hand, the western spot (to right) may be completely unrelated. NVSS (the top picture) doesn't provide any extra support for this being triple.

NVSS shows only the "middle" and left sources to be extended towards each other, so looking near the middle
between these two, I suggest SDSS J132737.92+350650.2, z_ph~0.49, size 4' or 1.35 Mpc; unfortunately there is
no opt. ID for the W-most 10" double, neither in SDSS nor in WISEPosted
