Here is VLA FIRST image 0.005 degree centered at 23:17:12.70 +11:20:12.03 ( on the left ) and 23:17:13.44, +11:20:10.84 ( on the right )

There's only one radio core, and it's on the likely QSO object (GALEX source). So that's almost certainly the host galaxy of the double (triple).
