ARG0002or6 / SDSS J102611.59+144655.7 - nearby asteroid with a spectrum?

By the time the spectrum was taken, the asteroid was long gone. However, rather than say "there's nothing but sky here!", the SDSS spectroscopic pipeline said "z=1.866 QSO with small delta-chi"! 😮
The object is SDSS J102611.59+144655.7; here's what it looks like (radio sources are well away):
