large hybrid candidate

    This looks like a good case for a #hybrid #doublelobe candidate with such a different structure to the two plumes. The IR source is ambiguous, as there is not even a hint of a radio core and there are two candidate IR sources that are feasibly positioned to be the source. It is also the largest potentially hybrid emission I have seen, though whether it is anywhere near a giant depends on tracking down the host galaxy and finding its redshift.

    how have I missed your post earlier? Really no idea!

    Anyway, good call. Yes, at first it does look like a hybrid. After checking detailed FIRST and SDSS I think though that it's rather an FRII with strong projection effects. Have a look at these images and make judgement by yourself:
