one-sided jet from bright source

The very bright radio galaxy in the centre seems connected to the radio emission on the right hand side but there is no corresponding lobe opposite. This may simply mean it is too diffuse for FIRST to pick up but it would be worth checking NVSS. The IR shows a crowded field with many bright sources, possibly a (relatively) nearby galaxy cluster?

Most of the IR sources are stars. The central radio source seems to be a faint red galaxy - SDSS J211352.22+110336.1, photoz ~0.21 - just next to a bright (local) star:
