Radio Galaxy Zoo Talk

strong one-lobed source

  • WizardHowl by WizardHowl

There seem to be two radio galaxies here, with the bottom, very bright (in both radio and IR) source seemingly producing only a single plume. The weaker radio and IR source above it might just be the core of a very weak and bent triple but it is hard to be sure where some of the radio emission is coming from. I'm not sure how helpful NVSS will be at finding a second lobe to the brighter radio source with the proximity of the other radio galaxy but it might give some clue as to the lobes of the weaker radio galaxy?
