From the apparent connection between the core and the right bend of the upper-left lobe, this looks as if it might have arisen from a separate eruption to that which produced the rest of the emission seen here, which is otherwise highly symmetrical. Even if not, to have produced the radio hot spot in the upper-left lobe lobe so symmetrically with that of the lower-right, the eruption would seem to have started off symmetrically before bending suddenly.
