Is that another bright ir in front of the radio emiting one?

I think the bright IR object is actually the ID. If you go to SDSS link, then the bright galaxy is up to the right, with several small galaxies around it. The bright one, which is likely the ID, is at a redshift of 0.15 . The tricky thing about this source, and why your question is good, is that there are multiple peaks in the jet and it is not clear which one is associated with the black hole in the galaxy. In general though, if there's a bright possible candidate, that turns out to be the correct one.
