I think it's a pair of back-to-back jets, originating in the AGN (active galactic nucleus) of the faint IR source between their two ends. That faint IR source is at the same position - on the sky - as an optical one, which goes by the name SDSS J095342.76+115055.2 It doesn't look very much in the SDSS image, but it's likely a giant elliptical galaxy, with a redshift of ~0.46.
