WISE systematic?

When using the WISE button here to look at the different WISE bands there is an extended feature in bands 1 and 2 at RA: 159.875214 DEC: 28.33886 that does not appear in the RGZ infrared image. The first question is therefore: why is this not here in the RGZ image when it is present in WISE bands 1 and 2? The second question is, obviously: what is it? The area of the sky it appears in is completely blank in both IR/optical so I suspect a systematic, perhaps one that may have been removed by the RGZ pipeline? There are several bright IR sources nearby, so perhaps it is an internal reflection in the optics? I have not seen anything like this before with the WISE images and thought it best to ask what might be going on.

Can bright IR source in the top left corner mess with color scale, rendering it poorly visible? I think you can see hints of this source on the RGZ picture.
