I wonder if that could be an overedge source (ARG0001rwx beside). Here just sdss (image) + first (yellow contours) + nvss (red contours) for reference:

This looks like a bright #nat to me. Zooming out the NVSS there's nothing around that would imply this is a lobe and the strongest emission originates in an elliptical galaxy that looks like the brightest in its group/cluster (SDSS J164726.88+290949.5 Z_sp=0.133).
