"Weird and Wonderful" is the title of a Collection of mine:
Heterogeneous collection of strange and beautiful objects ...
In this thread I'll post some of the objects in this Collection, with contour overlays. And I'm posting this thread in Chat, rather than Science, because ... well, because these objects are a heterogenous bunch! 😃

SDSS J133439.25+040747.8 is a very nice, face-on spiral, with a nuclear starburst (in ARG0003jyp):
