Host appears to be SDSS J162807.68+131917.4 nothing unusual
except wierd "appendix" SDSS J162807.56+131910.8Chance alignment of galaxies?
ph_z is different for both galaxies, yet there is warning about colors
SDSS J162807.68+131917.4 - visible in all 4 WISE bands

z_ph 0.128±0.0299/0.113±0.0294 SDSS J162807.68+131917.4, in the center, looks to me like the late stage of a merger. If we had a spectrum, I expect it may show "post-quenched" characteristics. Alternatively, the green plume to the S could be an EELR (extended emission line region; a.k.a. voorwerpje):
Is there a doublelobe too? To the SE there's an unmistakable FIRST source; the the NW just noise?
