the compact host is SDSS J115334.56+153021.9 Z_sp=0.114 which is a very good match for the Z_ph of the double host, perhaps they interacted?

Other possiblity that this a #triple with SDSS J115330.34+152930.9 as host

in Abell cluster 1408, probably a yet unstudied WAT, no references in NED on radio studies
