ARG0001b0j - what's the host?

by JeanTate
Is it z_ph 0.066 ± 0.0272/0.062 ± 0.0451 SDSS J102840.53+371759.3, a blue blob?
Or is it the red, non-PO nearby (approx location (157.1695, 37.3012))? Perhaps an overlay image with WISE might help ...
By the way, that's an asteroid at the N edge, just E of center ...

Gotta love radio astronomy ... nice bright FIRST doublelobe has a host that's so faint, optically, that it's not even an SDSS photometric object (PO)! It is a WISE band 1 (3.4μ, magenta) object, albeit rather faint.
