ARG000350h - one host (doublelobe), or two (~compact)?

The elliptical in the center is z_sp 0.233 SDSS J002822.36+091808.5, but it's not at the center of the E 'lobe'. To the W is z_ph 0.256±0.0521/0.230±0.0552 edge-on/highly inclined disk galaxy SDSS J002821.32+091804.6, and z_ph 0.231±0.0161/0.236±0.0379 elliptical (?) SDSS J002821.44+091803.6:

So, is this two, unrelated sources, with radio/optical offset(s), even though the hosts are (almost certainly) part of the same group/cluster?

Or is this a double lobe, with the host too faint to show up in either WISE IR or SDSS optical?

The image in this post was created from sources, and using methods, described in this RGZ Talk post. The object at the center of the image is SDSS J002822.36+091808.5.
