Actually, this is a #triple.
Two contour overlays, FIRST in red, WISE band 1 (3.4μ) in magenta:
The z_ph of SDSS J145359.83+585129.2 - 0.358±0.2025/0.671±0.2091 - is, basically, "don't know"; the galaxy itself is little more than a faint red smudge (at least in the gri bands used to make SDSS JPEG images) But it's almost certainly the host:
