  Yes, @Dolorous Edd is correct. If you click on the "explore" link after you click on the SDSS link at the bottom of the subject, you can see that the source is classified as a QSO from its optical spectrum so this is a possible X-shaped source unless the extra arm observed is a chance alignment from a very high-redshift background object.
