Can someone tell me if this correct, their was an significant offset between the two images!

Welcome to Radio Galaxy Zoo!
In the beginning of making the images, we noticed that the contours were offset from the images by a pixel but we couldn't fix that once the images went live. So yes, there will be some images that are offset.
If you mean that there are three blobs in the radio with two offset from the central one, this is common for radio galaxies and why we need to look at the radio images by eye.
