The cross-ID with Wen et al (2012)'s SDSS cluster catalogue as posted by @Dolorous_Edd is a good start for low-z clusters but optical IDs are not so useful for our RGZ sources at higher redshifts....
Perhaps future all-sky X-ray or S-Z catalogues can help?

In terms of RGZ
It can, the best give away of a cluster is a presence of the WAT and NAT radio galaxies

That is true about the WAT and NAT galaxies -- we can catalogue these and cross match with known cluster catalogues. I'm on holiday and my brain is going a mile a minute thinking about this.
