The galaxy to the W is UGC 10565 (NOTE1), a.k.a. SDSS J164824.12+484232.8, with zsp 0.0260 (per NED) (the highly inclined spiral is zsp 0.0258 - also per NED - UGC 10565 (NOTE2)!). It too is quite radio-active, but not #radioloud (I think). Looks like it hosts an AGN, in addition to lots of star-formation. Radio emission, and activity by SMBHs, triggered by an impending merger?
