  If you look at just the radio emission, it seems pretty straight-forward, and almost classical #doublelobe (there's a faint, unrelated, compact source to the SW of the S "lobe"):

  

  If it's a double lobe, what is the host? Perhaps it's the faint IR source, ~at the midpoint between the two hotspots?

  Since WISE is not a very deep survey, there is a strong possibility that the host is invisible ....
