Two quasars, so close, so far

ARG0000giz has two optically bright, radio loud, quasars, just a few arcsecs apart on the sky, but bazillions of light-years apart in the Universe. The two are zsp 0.678 SDSS J104146.77+523328.2 (centre), and zsp 2.298 SDSS J104148.89+523355.5 (NE):
