Most - all but one perhaps - of the radio sources in the ARG field are artifacts, caused by the bright radio source near the left-hand edge. These are like the "compass points" spikes and other strange optical effects you see in SDSS images with bright stars, though the cause is quite different (the radio images come from interferometry, but the optical ones are direct images).
There may be a galaxy cluster, but it's not that obvious from the SDSS image (and the WISE one - the ARG canvass - isn't very informative either); this is centered near the bright radio source:
