The Sky at Night 2018 Outback Astronomy

A video on YouTube from the popular BBC series The Sky at Night called 'Outback Astronomy' is well worth watching. Presented by Zookeeper Chris, it tours the radio-quiet Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory in western Australia. Given special access as cameras and electrical equipment are usually banned, the programme talks about EDGES, ASKAP and MWA among others. It also talks about the engineering tasks involved in building telescopes in the remote outback. Fascinating for Radio observers!
